Dining Room Update

So we haven't really touched our dining room since we moved in.  It's been looking like this for a while

Well I've made a little progress.

I picked up the lime green chair cushions at Home Goods.  They're technically outdoor cushions but I don't care, I love 'em!
I've always planned to use our formal wedding china (Vera Wang's Grosgrain) in this room. I figure we won't use it much so at least this way I can look at it all the time! And it's so pretty!  And the other day I found these really great placemats at Crate and Barrel.  I love the texture.

I scored this awesome pineapple free from work (Bath & Body Works)  My office is moving desks this week so people have been cleaning out their offices and I've been snagging tons of free goodies!  This one's my favorite though!  And it's pink on the inside!

 And of course I had to put a pineapple candle (also free from work) inside the pineapple!

So I'm really enjoying our dining room updates!  It's definitely got a beachy theme which wasn't intentional but now I'm going with it.  The next step is to get some colorful artwork on these walls!  I'm thinking something navy with a little bit of the lime green thats in the chair cushions.
